What's included with Lifetime?
Lifetime includes the full Flare app forever, lifetime updates, 10 GB cloud storage, and 3 device activations. If you need more storage, you can add it at $2/GB/month. You'll never lose access to your captures - they stay in the cloud forever.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you switch from monthly to annual, we'll pro-rate the difference. If you buy lifetime while on a subscription, we'll cancel your subscription automatically.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel Monthly or Annual, you keep access until the end of your billing period, then revert to Free tier. Your captures stay in the cloud for 30 days so you can download them. Lifetime never expires.
How does Lifetime storage work?
Lifetime includes 10 GB of cloud storage. That's enough for thousands of screenshots or hundreds of short videos. If you need more, you can add extra storage at $2/GB/month - only pay for what you use.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through our secure payment partner Polar. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.
